I’ve been working out with Nate for about 2 years. It’s the first time I have ever consistently done so. I’m 77 years old and attempting to manage the inevitable physical decline. I have become a believer.

I’ve experienced increased endurance and strength which in turn makes golf easier. I can now walk 18 instead of getting a cart for the backside. More freedom in the swing without pain.

You don’t really expect improvement at my age. Now I can get ready for the ski season if we get some snow.
